Welcome to the Move You Pilates Studio website. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all clients take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of our website, services, classes, and facilities at Move You Pilates Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking, attending, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating in any session.
2. Bookings & Attendance

All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or at reception.

Payment is required at the time of booking or through an active pass or membership. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class.

For safety reasons, late arrivals of more than 5 minutes may not be admitted. Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries before class.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if participation may pose a safety risk to yourself or others.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session or a deduction from your membership.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a credit or alternative session will be offered
4. Memberships, Passes & Payments

Memberships, class packs, and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Each product has its own expiry date and usage conditions, displayed at the time of purchase.

Some memberships may renew automatically unless written notice of cancellation is provided within the stated timeframe.

Memberships may be paused or frozen in cases of illness, injury, or travel. Please contact us in writing to request a hold.

We reserve the right to amend pricing, schedules, and class timetables with reasonable notice.
5. Health & Safety

Pilates is a form of physical exercise that may involve risk of injury.

By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary.

You agree to follow all instructor guidance and inform your instructor of any changes to your health, injuries, or pregnancy.

We maintain a safe environment; however, you participate at your own risk.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Move You Pilates Studio, its instructors, and employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in classes or while on the premises.
You agree to release and indemnify us from any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Behaviour & Studio Etiquette

Please be respectful to instructors, staff, and other clients at all times.

Your instructor may use tactile cueing (gentle, appropriate touch) to support alignment and technique. Please advise if you prefer not to receive tactile cues.

Mobile phones must be silenced during class.

Personal belongings are stored at your own risk.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
8. Promotions, Gift Vouchers & Intro Offers

Introductory and promotional offers are valid for new clients only, unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.9. Photography & Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for marketing or social media.

We respect your privacy, please advise us in writing if you prefer not to appear in any imagery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and materials associated with Move You Pilates Studio are owned by us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or booking system, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business, legal, or operational changes.
The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to
the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
